1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the WalletX API ("API"), you agree to be bound by these API Terms and Developer Agreement ("API Terms"), which supplement our main Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these API Terms, you may not access or use the API.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access the WalletX API. By using the API, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. API Access and Keys

To access the API, you must:

• Register for a WalletX account
• Subscribe to an API plan
• Generate and securely store your API key
• Keep your API key confidential and never share it publicly

You are responsible for all activity that occurs using your API key. If you believe your API key has been compromised, you must immediately regenerate it and notify us at[email protected].

4. Rate Limits and Usage Restrictions

Your API access is subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan:

Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary API suspension. We reserve the right to modify rate limits at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use the API for any of the following purposes:

• Illegal activities or violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative practices
• Creating scam detection evasion tools or services
• Harassment, abuse, or harm to individuals or entities
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Scraping or bulk downloading data for resale or redistribution
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
• Circumventing rate limits or security measures
• Creating competing services that replicate WalletX functionality
• Market manipulation or pump-and-dump schemes
• Providing financial advice using our data without proper licensing

6. Data Usage and Attribution

When using data obtained through the API:

• You may use the data for your own applications and internal business purposes
• You must not resell, redistribute, or sublicense raw API data
• If you display WalletX data publicly, you must include attribution: "Data provided by WalletX"
• You must include risk disclaimers when displaying trading or wallet data
• You must comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws

7. Data Accuracy and Disclaimers

THE API AND ALL DATA ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

WalletX makes no guarantees regarding:

• Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data
• Uninterrupted or error-free API availability
• Suitability for any particular purpose
• Financial outcomes resulting from API usage

9. Payment and Subscription

• API access requires an active paid subscription
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in SOL or via Stripe
• All payments are non-refundable (see our No Refund Policy in Terms of Service)
• We may modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in immediate API access suspension

10. Service Availability and Maintenance

We strive for high API uptime but cannot guarantee 100% availability. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible
• Implement emergency updates or fixes without notice
• Temporarily suspend the API for security or performance reasons
• Modify API endpoints or functionality with reasonable transition periods

11. Intellectual Property

The API, documentation, algorithms, and all underlying technology remain the exclusive property of WalletX. These API Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the API solely for the purposes outlined in these terms.

12. Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right to monitor API usage for compliance, security, and performance purposes. We may suspend or terminate API access for violations of these terms without refund.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WALLETX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE API.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WalletX from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the API
• Your violation of these API Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Applications or services you build using the API

15. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may cancel your API subscription from your profile page
• We may terminate your access for violations or non-payment
• Upon termination, your API key will be deactivated and no refunds will be issued

16. Changes to API Terms

We may update these API Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or API notifications. Continued use of the API after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
